Our mission: to develop great, authentic, approachable and above all individual event and design concepts and to implement them with a lot of attention to detail, great girl power commitment and a lot of fun.
ABOUT (Y)OUR TALES.
Whether it's a wedding, birthday, baptism, vernissage, company anniversary, launch event or a celebration without a specific occasion (yes, you can celebrate those too!) - as a full-blooded event manager and agency for event planning in Hamburg, we take care of everything you would prefer to leave in professional hands when it comes to events.
If you have a great talent for planning yourself, but a great need for inspiration, e.g. for the concept, decoration or event styling, then we will also be happy to support you in these areas only.
We have a particular soft spot for weddings - when we come into play as wedding planners or as wedding designers our brains automatically and highly motivated run through all the important points of planning a wedding:
Wedding location. Decoration. Rentals. Stationery. Floristry. And yes, ok, we admit it, thoughts about the wedding dress always twirl around in our heads.
Since beyond tales is a real “Made-in-St.-Pauli” local brand and thus a piece of Hamburg, we know our way around here and northern Germany, including the North Sea and Baltic Sea, particularly well (and yes, even the tranquil Sylt can be draped with a casual event concept and a modern event can be realized there!)
But just as we love to throw ourselves into unseen and challenging event concepts, we are also always ready to conceive and realize fabulous and unusual stories throughout Germany and beyond.

P.S. By the way, we also have our own location that we do not want to leave unmentioned: Our studio is not made for wild parties at night, but it's perfect for a pop-up store, workshop, birthday brunch, photo shoot or any other daytime event or pop-up activity.

SLOWNESS.
By using the term slow event or slow wedding, we mean the conception and implementation of contemporary, authentic and, in the best case, resource-saving events. It's not so much about WHAT is planned, but HOW it is planned.
Whether you rush from Pinterest wall to influencer accounts or take a step back, listen to yourself and ask yourself what the focus of the event should really be.
We want to work with you towards more conscious decisions, mindful interactions and, where possible, more sustainability and plan your event without being forced by traditions or the pressure of Instagramability.
